See Dolly Parton Herself at Pigeon Forge’s Homecoming Parade

Dolly’s coming home! Join 50,000 visitors on the streets of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, for the annual Dolly Homecoming Parade while visiting us at the White Oak Lodge and Resort on May 2.

Come see amazing floats, entertainers, marching bands and local celebrities, and that includes Dolly Parton herself as grand marshal! Spectators visit from all over the world to see the Tennessee darling, so make sure you arrive early to get a good spot along the route.

The parade, which marks the beginning of Pigeon Forge’s SpringFest events, starts at 6:00 p.m. on River Road near traffic light 7 and follows the Parkway to the Belz Factory Outlet World. And it’s free to all visitors!

Make sure you see why this parade has been a mainstay to Pigeon Forge for the past three decades the next time you’re visiting at the White Oak Lodge and Resort!

What’s your favorite Dolly Parton song? Let us know in the comments!

Note: Since traffic will be backed up during this event, we suggest that guests coming in Friday get off at exit 435. Taking exit 407 may lead to several hours of traffic, so the 20 minute detour will save you time.
